I absolutely loved the hotel's location, being so close to the airport made it super convenient for my trip. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a lovely view of the volcanoes and mountain range. The staff provided exceptional service, although there were some issues with the payment process and airport shuttle assistance. The dining experience offered a diverse buffet selection and the facilities were well-maintained.
